Before contacting us, please note the following:

• We currently do not have a showroom for customer browsing
• We generally accept orders placed in our online store and do not take orders over the phone
• We make to order and as such, do not have any pre-packaged goods, or samples, that can be bought off the shelf
• Products MUST be pre-ordered before they can be picked up
• If you’d like to pick up pre-ordered goods, please wait to receive an email from us advising when goods are ready for collection
• Opening times for local pickups are 9am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
•Our website is able to calculate shipping costs for both domestic and international orders
