    I love N essentials soap nuts and very thankful that they sell them, not many places do. I use them to wash my clothes, six shells in a soap wash bag and can be used up to 5 times more if washing in cold water. I make shampoo for my hair and a body wash. I use them to wash my dishes and i make a house cleaner. I love the fact that they are natural and have no harmful chemicals, Why would you use anything else. Great value for money.
